audit trail for inspection results

Hello,

this is one of those things which in theory should be in place and easy but I can't find it...

Let's say that our lab tech Josie is entering results; she's tired and makes a typo. Then upon review this is detected and updated, either by Josie herself or by her supervisor Chris. Other than entering the correct result as an "additional inspection", is there a way to see who entered the erroneous result, when and who it was, and the change?

Under the Control Indicators for your MIC, check "RR Change Docs". This tracks just about every change you can think of (or at least we have though of  ) To view the changes in results recording, click the scroll icon. You can also use transaction AUT10 to mass view changes.
