Transfer interaction record to another org unit - Partner function

Hi

I have an email item saved in my Int Record clipboard which is correct.

I now want to change the status and priority which I can and re- save IR.

I then want to transfer the IR to appear in another department's inbox but this does not happen.

I have tried partner functions responsible group and Responsible Org. I can select the correct org but the IR with email is nowhere to be seen.

Can anyone help as this seems quite easy.

    Hi Manson.

    We have the functionality in the IC manager Business Role Email Inbox to route the emails to different organizations using RouteTo button in the Inbox search result page.

    You can check that functionality and implement it in your business role i.e. provide a button RouteTo in the Inbox result and implement the logic same as standard.

    For more info check the view ‘CRMCMP_EMWB/EMailWBSR’ of component ‘CRMCMP_EMWB’ ..

      Hi Gaurav,

      You misunderstood my question.

      I simply want the agent to use an existing partner function to route the interaction /email. I want

      to use standard sap functionality and not write Z Code. I am aware of the IC Manager functions but there should be a standard partner function which will work.
