Engineering Record status: Workflow start

Hi all,

In an engineering record, as per standard, WF gets triggered for status 20. But we don't want this to happen, and want WF to be triggered for status 30. I checked the following SPRO settings, but was of no use.

Logistics(General) --> PLM --> Case Management --> Set status administration --> Create status profile (In status values, I have added the event).

Can somebody please suggest how this can be achieved.

Hi Aiswarya,

Logistics(General) --> PLM --> Case Management --> Set status administration --> Create status profile

in last column event for case , make relevant settings

e.g. if INPROCESS even which is triggering your workflow , remove it from status 20 and put the same for status 30.

Further you can create condition for workflow event &Case.Status& NE 20 to avoid triggering at status 20 irrespective of SPRO settings.
