  I think some update bckgorund process its got stuck. Check any RFC error or dump is there or not. Also check in swu3, the job for workitem error is runnin or not

For analysis:

  ST22

For testing:

Manually execute your BO with same key fields and then execute the method which is assign with COMPOFF_UPD task. Check whether any run time error is coming.

Yes ST22 - search on the same date and around the time (start date and time of COMPOFF_UPD step ), for user Wf-BATCH .

You will see the dump.
