How to retrieve Work Orders at different date ranges for different levels of Asset ?

Hi All,

I have a requirement where :-

Retrieve all the open, completed/confirmed, aborted and cancelled Work Orders at different date ranges (-n/+n days from today) for different levels of asset as shown below

Asset Level	Going Back (-n)	Going Forward (+n)
Site	-1	+1
Process Group	-7	+7
Plant Group	-7	+7
Plant System	-30	+30
Plant Item (Equipment)	-30	+30

How should i configure this requirement for different levels of asset?

Can anyone please help me out.

Hi Akshay ,

The above requirement can be met using IW39 report assuming dates as basic start date . Also in std SAP there is no such status cancelled PM order etc. For this you can create user status at order header level .

For different levels of equipment you can just mention functional location of equipments or equipment no . Just check you business requirement suitability . If possible external no. range for equipments can also be used .

Create some IW39/IW49N variant for each of the requirements above.

In the variant you can set dynamic dates.

You can also use TVARV settings for your dates
