Explicitly exclude a customer from a terriroty

I have a situation where we explicity assign certain customers to a particualar territory even based on potal code and other BP parameter, these customers assigned to different terriroty.

Can I exclude a customer based on Account ID in a rule even based on geocode user falls under that territory?


Terriroty T1 is for Sales Rep A - the rule is that this T1 is for zip 95050 and region as CA but I want to exclude customer 100 and 101 from this territory as I am planning to include these customers to Territory T2 (for Zipcode 95055) for another sales rep B . The customer 100 and 101 are in zip 95050 and region as CA.

Is there is recommended method by which I can define the exclusion from Territory T1 for these customers. Or if customers are define explicitly to a terriroty T2, system should ignore from Territory T1, T3 etc.

    You need to implement a BAdI as per the following SPRO Path :

    Here inside this, there is this method :IF_EX_CRM_TERRMAN_FILTER~FILTER_OBJECTS

    Inside this, you can add your own custom logic :

    lt_partner_guid is getting all the business partners, you can easily add your code to omit the business partners you want based on some condition.
