Categorizing data in SAP B1

Hello all,
i want to know how to divide the data in SAP B1 into organization data,process configuration data,master data and transaction.I mean what data in SAP B1 comes under organization data,what data comes under process configuration data,what comes under master data and what comes under transaction data.Please help me out

    Hi,

    Please refer below:

    Transaction data:

    All journal entries posted into the system

    Master Data:

    Item master & Business partner master data

    Process configuration data:

    The setup that required to do transaction are process configuration date

    Organisation data:

    All financial statement and above data are organizational data

    Hi Shaik,

    To know where the data is saved, you can read SDK help center --> customization tools --> database table references

    To know the business process, you can read the training material and online help file

    To know the setting, configuration and functionality, you can read how to documentation.
