    Hi thygarajan

    you can use this user exit for validation

    PPCO0018

    Check for changes to production order header

    check for Planned order qty to Production order qty in CO01 & CO40

    IF sy-tcode = 'CO01' OR
    sy-tcode = 'CO40'.
    SELECT SINGLE * FROM resb WHERE rsnum = is_header_new-rsnum.
    IF sy-subrc = 0.
    pl_num = resb-plnum.
    SELECT SINGLE * FROM plaf WHERE plnum = pl_num.
    gsmng = plaf-gsmng.
    IF is_header_new-gamng > gsmng.
    MESSAGE (zpp) DISPLAY LIKE 'E'.
    RAISE no_changes_allowed.
    ENDIF.
    ENDIF.
    ENDIF.
