Employee language field and table

hI,

I am using a field called LAN_CODE from table PA0002.

Where will i get language text for that respective lan_code.

Help will be appreciated.

    is it a standard filed! what is the data element of the field? can you check

    Hi Shruthi,

    I guess it is CI_INCLUDE field. Please check its data element, Value Table. For example field GBLND in PA0002 has a domain LAND1 and in its value table you can find the table T005. In Se11 give T005* and press F4. You will get list of tables and find the text table for it. (Mostly text table ends with T).

    hi shruthi,

    YOU can use 'TOO2'.This table have 'LAISO' -code and 'SPTXT' -LANGUAGE TEXT fields......

    Can u try with the Function module "HRIQ_LANGU_TEXT_READ".
