WEB IC - Channel selector button not coming

Hi all,

I have copied the standard business role "UTIL_IC_REG" and created a new one. Everything is working fine but the channel selector of mail, chat and phone in the header area is not coming in the copied business role. Please suggest me a way to fix this.

    Check layour profile assigned to your business role. Standard layout profile is "UTIL_IC". Compare this with copied version of the layout profile.

    If everything is fine,

    check the functional profile id "WBAR" with DEFAULT_ICON profile value is assigned to your business .role

    Further, you can check in SPRO-> CRM - Interaction Center WebClient - Basis Functions - Communication Channels - Define Toolbar Profiles.

    For DEFAULT_ICON you can verify if all the check boxes are selected.
