How to connect fields of table V_T577 with a IT0021 form?

Hi, I have just added several fields to infotype 0021, namely KDART (child type), KDZUL and KDZUG. They are single select fields and I need to make selection options for them. Since IMG does not refer to any special views for this, I have only found table view V_T577 that I might be using. This view is general for several fields of IT0021 (this is what I guess). I have filled this table with the values. But how do I now connect the values with the required fields?

For instance I made Fam.char=2, Specific=01, Internal Key=1 Text = disabled child. And I want this to be connected to the form field Child Type (KDART). Where can I make this connection?

Set Family characteristic to 1 for KDART

4 for KDZUG

5 for KDZUL
