Hi Experts,
I am not seeing the version after approval, even I change the PO several times after approval.
I can see the version as C1, C2.. before approval. but once its approved I don't anything in version.
Version management is active in the system.
Mainly I need this version to add in the PO output. Also our logic is to change the PO header to "Draft Purchase order" if the version is empty in PO output.
Please help

Would you please check this PO in trx bbp_pd to see if you can see the versions in Versions part?
Please show this to me.
Meanwhile please make sure version control is switched on for PO in the following path:
SRM Server
Cross-Application Basic Settings
Switch On Version Control for Purchasing Documents

Yes, PO version control is switched on.
My worry is, its working for few POs and not others.
PO A
which has version displayed correctly
PO B
Why its different? I have changed both the POs several times after approval. Even I tried to copy PO A and create new PO and changed but still version is not coming.

Hi,
From the first two screens, it is displayed without any problem.
For the second one, it is a little strange.
I test this internally, and would you please tell me your email and I will send the screenshot to you?
Anyway, since it works for some POs, I don't think version control has problem.
You may better test with some new POs.

Ya its strange.. is Version is specific to supplier, organization units, users or anything?
