Standard 'Subject' text when sending Cases via email

Hi,

I have ackowledged that when sending a dispute case via email, the field 'Subject' is fulfilled with this text:

Dispute Case 224 For Cust. 60296 Frm 08.01.2014

Is it possible to change the text under 'Subject' in the email? How?

In addition to the correspondance via email in Dispute, how can I add a text in that email to the customer?

Hi Gurus,

I ask this question again:

How can I add a Text in the email I send with the case attached? Because I´m sure there must be a way to add a simple text like:

Dear Customer,

Due to our recent conversation, we...bla, bla, bla....

Does anybody know how to achieve that? Any ideas?

Hi,

I understand that you are asking about adding the text in the mail. If so please follow the below steps

1. Go to NACE Transaction

2. Select the respective Application as selected below.

3. Then on the top you can see 'Output Types' - select it.

4. In the next screen as shown below - select the respective output type and double click on 'Mail  Title and Texts' under 'Output  Types' in leftside under 'Dialog Structure'.

5. In the next screen click on 'EDIT or Change' then 'Mail title and texts' portion turns to edit mode

6. Select the respective language as screen below and then click on 'Text' [Pen/Pencil Like Image] - Also if you want to change the Title i.e Subject - it also can be changed.

7. Then opens a screen where you can maintain the mail text.

8. Save it and it request for a TR# provide it and check executing your process and see if the mail text is changed.

First of all, thanks for your reply.

Although related to email sending, I think transaction NACE has nothing to do with Dispute Cases.

I made the changes you told me but, I didn´t get any result in the text of the email which contains the pdf document of the Dispute Case. The text was still blank.

At the beginning I though you were right and that you just hit in the core problem in your first reply, but when setting it, I was more reluctant with the success of the test....

Can you tell me something else?

Are you sure that this transactions is directly connected to Dispute Management? Where in SPRO is that NACE?

Hello Wilson,

One way to achieve this could by implementing the BAdI DOC_PERSONALIZE_BCS. You can refer to the method PERSONALIZE_DOCUMENT in the implementation UDM_BCS_PPF for more information. What you should be concerned about in this method is the variable c_document_title.

PS: I've never used this so this is information is not validated, but it's worth a try .
