Upgrade with components SAP-CRMDIC & CUSTCRMPRJ

Hello friends.

I am doing EHP3 update for E-Commerce system. ( I have already read Note 1602476 - Upgrade from CRM 7.0/NW70x to NW7.3 with modifications )

Source EHP1 & Target EHP3 for CRM (with NW 7.4)

For components : SAP-CRMDIC & CUSTCRMPRJ

I want to deploy standard SCA file for SAP-CRMDIC of release 731. However, SUM is not accepting this i configuration phase.. i have no other option available other than scan inbox.. And i have required SCA file already available in download & EPS/in directory. Can you please tell me how to proceed on this ?

For component CUSTCRMPRJ, i have option to remove. Can i do this and this can be deployed later with NWDI ?

best regards

ashish

    Hi,

    Have you checked this note.

1596746 - Undeploy SAP-CRMDIC before upgrade of WFM to NW 7.3

In your case it looks like that the patch is developed by DN1 system which might be your NWDI.

Have you got the track configured and the patch ready in NWDI and place in the trans directory.

1602476 - Upgrade from CRM 7.0/NW70x to NW7.3 with modifications

    • Provide the stack.XML, the downloaded files and the modified SCA files in the (global or local) transport directory. During the upgrade process, the system will ask you to specify the relevant transport directory.

I would check what patch is compatable with NW 7.4

    Thanks
