Dear Guru,

1. Specify Default Transaction Types

2. Determine Transaction Types for Internal Transactions

3. Define Transfer Variants

but when I settled AUC to G/L via AIBU system display below message

Contact your System Specialist

Message no. AW604

Diagnosis

Incorrect paramenters were entered for either the transfer or balance forward transaction type Z22, or for the transaction type group 25, or for a default transaction type.

Procedure

Contact your system administrator.

Can you tell me what configuration that I missing?

Because standard ttype can settlement without any error.

Hi,

did you set up the transaction types correctly that way that you use a "prior-year" ttype in the transfer variant which has a corresponding "current-year" ttype assigned internally? Default ttypes for AIBU settlement for example is 340 (prior-year) in the transfer variant which has internally assigned 345 for current-year settlements.

Thank you for your help, Marcus.

All z ttypes were copied from standard ttype and were set in the transfer variant .

Did you have other solution?

Dear G.Sethuraman,

I created AI for settle Fixed asset and G/L.
