Audit information regarding Data Providers

Hi All,

I would like to know if this attached screen shot information is captured in the Audit tables of SAP BO 4.0. I couldn't figure out the tables which provide such information to make a webi report out of it

The screenshot does not explain which information do you want to check.

But Auditing saves records of significant events on servers and applications. It helps administrator (user) to capture what information is being accessed (reports...), how it's being accessed and changed then who is performing these operations...

    Kind Regards,

You will not get the information like number of data providers used within the Webi report. You can use query builder to achieve this. But you can get the information like number of rows retrieved, duration of the user logged in. And also it all depends how you configured your auditing in CMC.

Auditing will also give you who accessed the report, what type of report, edited, saved, retrieved, List of values retrieved, format applied and how many time the document is accessed- so on.

Please refer admin guide for more information.
