Hi people,
I am running payroll through PC00_M40_calc,selecting the correct PCR, the log is displayed without errors if i check in control records it says the payroll run is successful (number of runs 1) but I am not able to see the result in pc_payresult(it says no payroll results stored for this employee) and even the remuneration statement is appearing blank..
please someone suggest or teach me what would have happened
this is the first time i am running payroll - there are no retro active payroll runs.

Hi Smita,
Once check the Payroll area in ORG ASSIGNMENT (IT01).check whether you have given another payroll area for the particular employee.
For example: If the payroll area is G1-Direct employees then you have given G2-deputation employees.
in this case:
1) Go to pp01
give the object id
and check the relationship info type consists of the same dates
if not change the dates .dates should be the same in all records.
2) Go to PA30 tcode .=> change the payroll area .
3) Run the payroll live and check the results .

Kindly check once again Control record date this date should be one month before hiring date as usual kindly check PE51 did you add all wage type or not?
I think for more clarification kindly send to me screen short of hiring date and control record date.

when you do live run Cluster tables stores the Results in the t code: PC_PAYRESULT

When you are processing the payroll live run, please check the RT table and see that all your wage type are getting processed in the payroll log.

You need to uncheck Test Run & then run the actual payroll. It will shows the results in reports..
