Easy DMS executing SAP digital signature

Hello all.
I'm trying to implement approval process with SAP digital signature strategy in easy DMS frontend. Everything is working fine in the backend: by setting appropriate status I'm getting dialog to enter SAP username/password. But in Easy DMS I'm getting only information dialog "you must make a digital signature for this status" and nothing else.
I'm using the latest Easy DMS installation version 7.1.6.2 unicode, official build 7.10_REL.

Hi Viliam ,

as far as I know the signature should be working with EasyDMS and the responsible function module in the backend is

EASYDMS_DIG_SIGN_CHECK.

Have you set the parameter USE_SAPGUI with value '1' or '2' because this might be the reason that the pop-up does not appear.
