Mismatch of the price

Hi All,

we have one peculiar problem which is Effecting the Business process critically

The user creates a sales order with material A,B,C------while creating a delivery he deleted Item C in the delivery due to non Available of the stock

----the system is repeating the material B again the delivery,so the delivery has items A,B,B

in the invoice the price for the Item B is mismatching different prices are shown for both Items B,B

This is happening very Rarely and we are not able to Reproduce the same

Please help to Rectify the same

Thanks in Advance

Siva

    Hi Siva

You need to check two things here.

Check item categories of material B. I believe there are two line items in delivery and billing and see are these having same item category or different ones.

Check what is maintained in Pricing Type field at iem level in VTFL. You need to check this for that item category where system is showing wrong price. Here it should be maintained D.

Please check these two things and update.

    Thank$

Thats strange and a question mark for your client 🤯

The stock exists in system but there is no stock in physical warehouse or store. Don't they have any control over missmatch in SAP stock Vs Physical stock. What is the usage of availbility check if they still need to delete material from delivery 🤯

      Thank$

    Hi Siva,

For better clarity to MoazzaM and others could you give as many screen shots as possible for this anomaly.

    1. Sales Order with Item Category Screen,
    2. Delivery with Item Category Screens,
    3. Billing Screen with Item Details,
    4. Etc.

    Thanks.
