Replicate Customer Master from SAP ERP to C4C - Partner Functions Data issue

Dear Masters,

Customer Master Replication from ERP, Deleting the existing PartnerFunction data from C4C when there is no Partner segment in IDoc.

Replicate Business Partner from SAP ERP: https://myxxxxxx.crm.ondemand.com/sap/bc/srt/scs/sap/businesspartnererpreplicationi

When we change Customer Header and Partner Data in ECC - It triggers an IDoc with Header data and Partner Data.

Which is updating the Customer data in C4C with Header and Partner Data.

è When we change ONLY Customer Header without Partner Data - It triggers an IDoc with Only Header data without Partner Data in it.

Which is updating the Customer data in C4C with Header and DELETING THE EXISTING PARTNER DATA.

we tried changing the different indicators to TRUE/FALSE i.e. partnerFunctionListCompleteTransmissionIndicator="false">

But still its deleting the existing the Partner data in C4C when there is no Partner data in Sales Arrangement data & Please check the payload attached and suggest me with valuable inputs..

Hello,

I know this topic is quite old but I want to share my experience with this very same problem I've faced recently. As you described the indicator isn't working as expected therefore I've opened a ticket in c4c.

SAP implemented in c4c release 1911 a new transmission indicator in the BP web service which is working fine to cover your described issue.

This indicator is called 'salesArrangementIndependentPartnerFunctionListCompleteTransmissionIndicator'.
