how to hyperlink a folder in the webi report

i am trying to hyperlink a folder (which is with in the BI lauch pad) to an existing report. I can surly link another report or a document using edit link function however please help me on how can i link a folder to a report so when user clicks on that link they reach that folder and select report they want to open.

Is that possible to make direct url link for folder in BI 4.0 sp4?

If yes how it should be ?

I do not think it is possible in 4.0. It is a new feature introduced in 4.1 SP3.
