how to upload budget data from BPC to COPA, without KE13N ?

Hi,

For this you can make use of BPC Retraction functionality using the BPC's Retraction BADi and BAPI BAPI_COPAPLANNING_POSTDATA.

For more information on retraction you can have a look at the how to do guide, even though this guide is not for COPA data, it can helps you in understanding BPC retraction functionality which you can adapt for COPA.
