Sneak Preview SAP NetWeaver 04 ABAP on DVD/CDs

Hello

Does anybody know where I can get a copy of the Sneak Preview SAP NetWeaver 04 ABAP on a DVD or CDs? I do not have the ability to download it at home (my monthly download allowance is too small) and I am unable to do it at work.

If somebody has already downloaded the ABAP edition and is willing to create a copy on DVD/CDs and post it to New Zealand, I would be more than willing to reimburse all costs. I have contacted the SAP shop but they cannot help me.
