Report for cleaning up MD04

Hi Experts,

Does anyone know if there is a report in SAP for remove data from the Stock/requirements list in transaction MD04?

I have a shipping notification in the list. it has exception 20 = Cancel proces. I would like to remove this MRP element from the list. If no report exist, how do I then remove the data from the list?

Best regards

Kim

      Hi Kim,

A shipping notification is an information that goods already shipping to you or have been confirmed by your vendor. So I would say you should not cancel it but rather check with purchasing/sourcing whether they can delay the delivery.

Now if you do want delete this ship Notif you can go in the PO, tab Confirmation and delete it.

Pls make sure this is what you are suppose to do... 😉

      Cheers
