Messages are scheduled and Q.status is stopped in ECC system

Dear All,

My scenario is Proxy -> PI -> JDBC. After executing proxy in ECC, messages are scheduled and Q.status is showing stopped in SXMB_MONI of ECC. So, PI has not received any messages. But Queue is registered in SMQR of ECC and entries are displayed in SMQ2 of ECC. After clicking on queue id it is showing SYSFAIL. What is the cause and how to resolve it?

Hi Ashok

Double click on the sysfail message, it will take you to the MONI. Then double click on the message in MONI, see the error message.

If it has failed due to data, then u might have to cancel the failed message , so that other messages will start processing.

if you double click on the Sysfail message - what is the output you are getting  ?  Share screen shot if possible..

This will give you hint for the actual error ..
