Hi Santosh,

You've got free trial version to use SAP B1 after the first installation.

You need temporary license or permanent license to use if your upgrade the SAP B1 to latest patch level or in production live server.

if you are not sap partner, you must ask partner to request the SAP B1 license.

Hi Santosh,

Actually, the license doesn't need the s-user id and password.

But if you want to know the S-user id and password, you can ask the SAP partner that sells the SAP B1 license to your company. The SAP B1 end user should have the S-user id and password to browse the sap customer portal.

By using the s-user id and password, you can access sap customer portal and browse the license portal to request or upgrade your current license

If you can't access the license portal, you must ask the sap partner to request or to upgrade the license by sending them the server hardware key that can be copied from SAP b1 service manager --> settings.

Hi,

Only SAP partner can request the license file. There is no option you can get it by the way you like.

Thanks,

Hi,

Mr.Gordon is answered that, as per your attachment, the installation number is correct.

But my reply is another way of getting installation from SAP B1 screen.

Hi SAntosh,

The print screen is displaying correct installation number and system number.

It is shown there after you have imported the license file.
