Dear Experts,
Greeting for the day...!
I am facing a complicated scenario where my client is a SCM company where they sometimes sell their products on offers which are meant for promotion.
My scenarios is as follows -
They sell a certain item to all customers for. E.g they are selling 3 Qty of the same item out of which 2 are charged and another one they give it for free.
They want this item to be shown in the bill as well I tried various workaround such as special prices, period and volume based discounts which does not fulfill the requirement.
Please advise.
Regards,
RK
Hi Rupesh Kadam
I think it's better to provide 100% discount option on that item. This option will allow you to show price and quanity detials of 2 item (Chargable Items) as well as 1 item (non-chargable Item) with 100% discount.
Hope it'll help you...

Hi
you can use BOM to define the promotional ítems.
In the BOM you have to choose the item (2 units with Price), and other with Price 0.
Kind regards
