SAP Cloud For Customer HTML mashup URL of BW Java URL not display

Hi Experts,

I need help regarding the Mashup functionality in Cloud For Customer , When i create HTML mashup with type URL and pass the ABAP link of BW report and pass the necessary parameters into the parameters list and when i click on preview its working fine and the result comes with the proper format.

But When i configure the HTML mashup type URL with same BW report using Java link and pass the necessary parameters into the parameters list and click on preview its display the blank screen.

So can anyone have any idea why its doing like that and where is the problem ?

The JAVA link of BW Report open in new browser working fine but in the mashup configuration it display like that.

is it wrong in mashup or in BW Java link ?

What is the solution to resolved this query ?

Please anyone have idea about this please share with me ...

Hi Mithun,

This could be happen because of SAP cloud network is not allowing this JAVA link or BW system is not accepting URL mashup request. This could be a security issue either in site.

For BW system please contact with internal basis team and also raise a VH incident for SAP cloud support. (support team can provide IP address of Cloud system and other redirect link if require).

Thanks for your replay but in URL mashup its working fine but when i configure in HTML mashup type URL it give the above result for JAVA link...
