Unable to delete Catalog

I am facing a weird problem in SAP Fiori admin page. I have deleted a catalog, It shows catalog deleted successfully. When I refresh the page I can find the same catalog!!!

Note: Deleted cache, run all cache report like /ui2/sync.... no luck I would be grateful if you could help me on this issue!!!

Ensure that you have assigned a transport in the Admin Page before deleting the catalog.
