Formating Embedded Component at Standard screen

Hi Experts,

I have added an embedded component at Ticket screen(/BYD_COD/ServiceOnDemand/AgentWorkspace/COD_SEOD_Agent_Workspace_TI.TI.uicomponent).

at the position in header.

I have put a link field in EC but there is space between header's data and EC's link. Please suggest me how to reduce the gap

between in Header elements and custom link.

    Hi Sunil,

I'm afraid you can't remove this white space in between, even removing the section group header of your EC. Your custom link is in an EC, thus it is in other section group.

    Hi Sunil,

The way to remove gap is to add it to header directly which would not let you format as you wish.

Probably adding a separate section group( using EC) on Overview Tab should help you to achieve your requirement ?

    Thanks Vinod, Thank Fernando,

This EC contain one URL mashup which open other website. I tried to implement it on header itself, but It was not possible to giving control(OnClick) in standard screen and also not possible to add URL mashup with extended fields as a parameter. That is the only workarround I've found and implemented.
