There's No Update in Time evaluation run PT60 after inserting clock in - clock out data in infotype 2011 time events !!

Dear Experts,

After inserting all the time data (clock in - clock out ) in infotype 2011 ( time events )
then run PT60 time evaluation for this employee i didn't find my data just find all the month recorded from the work schedule rule for ex. all the month recorded as ( from 8:00 am to 16:00 pm ) ,, but i inserted the data for the month in diffrent cases ( 8.15 -16 ,,,, 8.30. - 17.45 ,,, 9 - 20 ,,,, ..... )

so why i couldn't see my data in time evaluation program PT60 ?!!

table TEVEN which is used for clock-times (it 2011) is only read in the normal time scheme if you use POSITIVE time evaluation. You have to read the clocktimes, furthermore infotype 0050 should be used for the employee when using positive time evaluation

Hi Asif,

Again you missed your Time schema...

And let me know whether you ran it for Live ?

And Please post the Full layout of the above Report, because first Start and End times It was showing form IT-0007 I guess. And make sure that for this layout you have configured the Output from 2011 infotype.

Hi Sheirf,

What kind of time management you have? positive or negative? What is you time evaluation status is IT0007?

Try to run real time evaluation. As you know there is a function to check if it's a run in evaluation run or not and in evaluation run PCRs don't do some functionalists.

By the way in PT output log to see if you have function P2011 in your schema or not? Here you can see you clock-in/outs from IT2011.

Otherwise share screen shots to see what you have in output log.

It is not clear.

And you have not told about your Time schema, Infotypes status like 1,7,50, etc.

Hi Sherif,

Please check for the time management status in 0007 infotype and also check for the 2011 infotype for the entries which you have uploaded is there.
