Good Afternoon PS Team,
US User accidently entered time entries on Brazilian network & transferred those entries using CATA. But those entries are parked in the error pool (CN30) as it’s authorization issue.
I am aware that by giving the correct network in CN30 we can clear those entries. but without clearing those entries in error pool US user again entered the hours on the correct network & transferred them using CATA.
Now User is having error 121 cancelation: no confirmation segment for CATS document while performing CATA.
Please let me know how to clear the above error.

This error occurs because the error pool has not been reduced yet.
Please refer following SAP note
166961 - CATS:Error LR121 durng transfer in target applicatn
96505 - CATS: Error when creating an error pool
If all errors are corrected via Transaction CN30, then system should not be displaying this error during CATA.

Errors are not cleared from the error pool.
Question here is How to clear as those entries are not required anymore as
the business as already entered the hours on correct network & transferred
to the system
In CN30 , if we delete the entry or make actual hours 0 also we are getting
the message while performing CATA.
