Item Description and Price is not displayed in marketing Documents

Hello to all and happy New Year!!!

I encounter the following problem in marketing documents.

while trying to add in Purchase order for example an item, the item description and the price of the item is not displayed in lines.

i think that it happens only in a specific Items Group,.

Do you have any idea about it?

Hi,

Please run the following query:

select treetype, * from oitm

where treetype<>'N' and itemcode not in (select code from oitt)

and if any result from the detect query then, please log a support ticket to SAP Support with the details to get the issue investigated.

it is exactly the same but unfortunatelly i do not have support from SAP

the issuie resolved by running the query provided by jittin and replacing the P to N in treetype

Hi,

The issue needs to be investigated and that is the reason why the issue needs to be logged to SAP Support.

There is no solution as such available with me regarding the issue untill and unless the same is investigated further.

sometims this Issue comes when you update system table from backend.

Did you updated system table from Backend.?

Hi,

To display unit price and item description in PO, you have define description and unit price under item master data.

Please check above item whether description and unit price are added in item master data.
