All users have same worklist

Hi All,

I need help.

In enterprise portal all users are having same work items in my work list.

My home -> my work list.

All the items are showing same for all users. But these are maintained correctly and showing correctly in the back end.

Hi Sankar Reddy,

As muthin said please clear all browser history and also delete the navigation cache in portal.

System Administration-->Navigation-->Release cache then logoff and login again.

UWL verification about the configs resolved this issue, It was pointed to some other client which was created the issue.

Hi Sankar,

I think the problem is mainly because of the cache memory. Please clear the local browser history and then again log into portal System Administration -> System Configuration -> UWL configuration here click on the cache administration and then clear the cache here. Also make sure you have mapped the user id's with the personnel number in 0105(0001) infotype.

Then try to log in with different users and check the UWL. Hope this would solve the issue.
