The error message indicates that it is related to the generation of a Quota, and specifies that "Changes in retroactive accounting for time evaluation not possible".

If you execute Time Evaluation in test mode, with the "Display Log" box checked, you'll be able to double-click on function QUOTA to see it's Input and Processing.  With that information, try to identify what Quota is not compatible with the employee's WPBP (or EsgGr/PsaGr) on the day that the error happens.

You may have tried to limit retroactive Time Evaluation, but something causes the system to go retroactively (you never mentioned on what date the error happens), and something is not compatible with the configuration on the date the error happens.

As of what date is the system doing the Time Evaluation?  Is it 15.10.2013 ?

Was the employee initially hired on 15.10.2013 and hiring date was changed ?

Does the employee have some Infotypes that are valid as of 15.10.2013 ?

Hi Rémi Corriveau,

15.10.2013 is hiring date.

If that is also the date the Time Evaluation error happens, then check the employee's Master Data for that day and double check the relevant Esg and Psa Groupings, specially for Quotas.

Try to find out why the system can't create Quota 91 (Rule 225) or Quota 92 (Rule 776) for that employee.

Dont not change T569R , that effects for other employees too Check the earliest date in PU03 and control record as suggested by other expert that should solve the issue

Mohan,

I needed the dates you are running PT60 for and I believe that you are trying to run time eval before 01.11.2013 which is mentioned in Earl.Pers.Rec. Date under time eval tab. So try to restrict the system from going beyond the said date.

1. Check if the error is employee specific

2. check the dates in V_T569R table

3. Also check the quota dates

Hi Mohan,

In which day of time evaluation have this problem? Tray to find what is quota generation date? Doble click on QUOTA function in output log. maybe quota valid date is for a year and it has overlap with retroactive dates.

Omid
