    Hi Mousumi,

    By looking the file, i am seeing, you are getting below error:

    UltraLiteJ Error[-1305]:MobiLink communication error -- code: 86, parameter: 400, system code: 0

    This is very common error. There are so many posts on SCN related to the same issues. Seems.. This error was encountered while communicating with a MobiLink server

    cross check few things:

    1. Is device user status as online in SCC?

    2. Are you using Relay server for this app development?

    3. Can you share the piece of code where you are giving server details for registering the user and syncing with backend?.

    In General,

    You have to mention two different profiles, one is connection profile and sync profile. (assuming you are using relay server)

    Connection profile details should be

    server:relay server

    port:80 or 443

    farmid: MBS farm ID.

    Synchronization profile should be

    server:relayserver

    port: 80 or 443

    stream parameter : url suffix(/ias_relay_server/client/rs_client.dll/RBS farm ID)[Example for relayserver running in window server].

    Rgrds,

    Jitendra

    hi

    yeah , device status is online in scc.

    2. Are you using Relay server for this app development?: yes

    I have mention two profile and it is working suddenly this issue occur.

    Why this issue occurs?

    ConnectionProperties connectionProperties = application.getConnectionProperties();

    connectionProperties.setServerName(getResources().getString(R.string.server_url));

    connectionProperties.setPortNumber(Constants.MESSAGING_PORT);

    LoginCredentials credentials = new LoginCredentials(userName, password);

    connectionProperties.setLoginCredentials(credentials);

    ConnectionProfile syncProfile = APHSmCRMDB.getSynchronizationProfile();

    syncProfile.setServerName(getResources().getString(R.string.server_url));

    syncProfile.setPortNumber(Constants.REPLICATION_PORT);

    syncProfile.setNetworkStreamParams("trusted_certificates=;url_suffix=;timeout=1800");

      There could be some reasons like sync request is not reaching to backend server properly, but why?

      I also checked this settings .and my application is on live and many users are working in it.

      Can You please tell me any link or pdf of different issues?
