Hi experts,

I am new CRM person, and I am trying to replicate all the sales order that were created in ECC 6.0 to CRM 7.0. I have so far done the following:

1. I replicated all the customers and materials to CRM.

2. I have created the same quotation transaction type on both sides i.e., ECC and CRM.

3. I also have maintained the item categories by the same name on both sides.

4. I have done the cross -system copy control of the transaction type and also all the item categories.

5. I went to R3AC1 and did the replication on the adapter object SALES DOCUMENT.

I did the intial load - R3AS and went to R3AM1 and check the status.  It is showing Green.

All steps is ok, so I need to check the data. I have a question is whether VBAK-LIFSK in R3 is transfer to CRM successfully, how to found this field value in CRM table. Thanks!

Regards,

Kelvin

Hi Kelvin,

LIFSK is the delivery block of lines of document. You can get this data at header data as calculated data or at item data.

First of all you have to replicate configurations between SAP ECC and SAP CRM, you have to add delivery blocking reasons of SAP ECC into Customer Relationship Management->Transactions->Basic Settings->Status Management->Define Reasons for Delivery Block

To check if a transaction has delivery block you can do it by three ways:

  1. CRM_ORDER_READ FM: With this function module you can read into ET_SHIPPING-DELIVERY_BLOCK
  2. CRMD_ORDER Transaction: In CRMD_ORDER transaction you can get this info also at item level
  3. Web UI: In Shipping AB of orders you can get this info also.

Best regards.

Thanks Jorge,

Another question, After all data has been transfered to CRM successfully,  I change LIFSK value in R/3, whether CRM system will get sync update delivery block.

Hi Kelvin,

Yes, this modifications are bi-directionals. If some process puts a delivery block in SAP ECC this delivery block is replicated to SAP CRM and viceversa.

Please, mark de answer as correct if helps.

Best regards.
