Users not able to see Preferences Menu in BI Launchpad

Hi,

Some of our BO users (4.1) can see Preferences menu when they log in to BI Launchpad, while others cannot.

We have gone through the application rights to BI Launchpad, everything seems right.

Is there a setting we’re forgetting?

    I looks like authorization issue.

    This is certainly a security issue.. to fix this check if there is any inheritance being broken for the group of users not having this rights to see the preference.. Also create a security query in CMC to trouble shoot the access for those users facing the issue..
