Helo all,

Could you please check and see if you can pull any idea for me?

If a customer has the contract ,  then in the Service order particular contract is determined.

in this case Price must be 0 for all line items in the service order have to be 0.

in the same way we have some other requirements depending on the contract type.

How can this be acheived please?

Can i use Contract Determination BADI crm_service_contract to make the pricing as desied?

is there any other BADI..please suggest.

Hello KP

You can define all this in your contract. You can create different type of contacts and there you cna mention how much iscount you want to give on  particular product. or you want to give it as free as a part of contract.

WE dont have diffrent contract types. we only have one transact type for contract.

Can you please explain the full scenario.

How do you want to bill the customer. When you say 0 as line item , this means you do not want to charge anything to customer. Or you want the cost should go to the contract.

Hello Naresh,

When Service order is created we determine contract. requirement is ptice in the service order must be obtained from Contract. it is not happening at the moment.

Example: If in a contract we have 20 % discount. When Service order is created and contract is determined, at this moment discount 20% must be coming in service order.
