Attendance Type not Displayed in CAT2 Time Entry Screen

Hi Experts,

I have created a new WSR for a set of Employee, Where Attendance Type is not displayed in Drop Down of A/A  Type Field, But its working when its entered Manually,

Hi Priya

Kindly go to the following table V_T554S_ESSEX and maintain all the A/A types. u still have the provision of displaying only wanted A/A types & hide the unwanted A/A types by selecting the Deactive check box.

V_t554s_web this is for ESS  only. For CAT2, If you are not able to see the attendance type can you check if there is exit which is filtering the F4 entries or you have changed the selection of F4 personal list help? Above all can you see that in PA30>2002 for that employee ?

HI ,

You can check through SPRO settings PM-ESS-Service specific settings-Record working time-Select allowed Absence Types.  OR  TABLE   V_t554s_web,  here the absence type / attendance type check box is acivtated or not.

Siva, Its not displayed in ECC , for the particular WSR with PA and PSA changes, But I could enter A/A type manually and save and release time in both ECC and Portal. But the requirement to display in A/A Field drop down is failed.
