SAP HCM-SFSF Integration

Hi,

I have integrated SAP HCM with SuccessFactors BizX using HCI as middle ware. I am using the "Integration Add-On 2.0 for SAP ERP Human Capital Management and SuccessFactors Business Execution".

When I replicate a new employee using the report "RH_SFI_SYNCHRONIZE_EMPL_DATA", the HR data is skipped with a warning message left on the log information as below. But when I make a change for the same employee and do a delta replication, then HR data is being sent. I read in documentation that Manager data will not be sent in initial replication but in delta replication. However for HR I don't know why it is not sent during initial replication.

Any suggestion?

Hi Hari,

Any employee relationships (manager, HR, etc) cannot be created the first time around because you need to have the employees existing in the system prior creating a relationship. So, the HR relationship - like the Manager relationship - will not be created in the initial transfer, only the subsequent delta transfers.
