Navigate to construct interactive Reporting (SAP CRM)

Hey experts

Can anybody tell me how to navigate to the button with which i can construct interactive reporting lists?(SAP CRM). I attach the layout I'm working with.

Hey guys

It's me once again. I got another issue concerning the configuration of SAP CRM interactive reporting.

In Case i enter the clientnumber of the CRM System in the field BWMANDT of the table RSADMINA(look at the screenshot), what will happen? I'm afraid that both systems(CRM, SAP BW) aren't connected anymore.

Hi Jan,

The field BWMANDT must be filled with the reporting client.

Verify which client should be used as BW client in your scenario.

Hi Jan,

Have you done the requirements written in C41 - CRM Interactive Reporting.?

It's a mandatory work before to start whit interactive reporting, you have to do some config in 000 client and you have to conect your client with 000 client vía RFC.

Please read carefully this guide and config your system.

Hi Jan,

From your screenshot of the error it seems you may have configured the CRM interactive reporting
between a CRM client and one client in a separated BI system.

This scenario you have configured is not supported and the interactive reports will never work if
the BI client is in another system.
The CRM interactive reports will only work within one CRM system.
That is to say, you must create a client in CRM system, it works as the BI backend system and we call it a BI/REP client.
