Hi experts,
I am working on SAP PPM5.0.
I would like to know if it is possible to create folder template for document management at portfolio item level.
I have succeeded at project level but not at item level.
Thanks!
Sanaâ.
Hi Sanaa,
You should be able to create folder structures for templates in PFM. In the portal or NWBC workset/tabset for PPM, go to:
Portfolio and Project Administration > Portfolio Management Templates
You should, for each portfolio, be able to select a radio button for Document Templates, of which you can create Doc Templates for Items (and other PFM objects). Folders can be created in the template folder structure.
I hope this helps!

Hi Sanaa,
I tried it just now, and I'm able to copy/ "include" a folder structure from template within an Item.
Are you able to do the same?
1. Select a document template folder structure level (right column), and click on the Copy button:
2. Notice that its entire tree structure (from selected folder level) gets copied over to the operational item:
User | Count |
---|---|
13 | |
6 | |
3 | |
