Re installing Deep Exploration

Hi

I am working on a document coving the failure and recover of my PC. I need to explain who I can reinstall Deep exploration. I have the serial numbers but not sure of the process to reinstall and activate?

Can any one help

Hi Roger,

I noticed you said you have the software, if you install with this software and send an activation request to rhsupport above then we can help with activation.  SAP do not provide download for this software, you will need to contact the partner you purchased the software from.

Hi Roger,

You just need to reinstall and then send the hostid, activation details, to rhsupport@sap.com (can be obtained from (help => Activate Deep Exploration) .  Support will send you back your license code in which you will be able to manually paste it into the activation screen.

Thank you for your help. Can I ask where you download the software from. I only have an old CD and all the paperwork is for Right Hemisphere and no longer relevant. The current version of Deep exploration I’m looking for is 6.5.
