Automatic clearing.

Hello Sapmates,

Can we maintain the Revenue recognition GL accounts as the Automatic clearing Accounts. Is this a good practice as per SAP standards or do you see any impact or wrong doing in clearing the items in these GL accounts automatically.

The path for maintaining these accounts is :

IMG > Financial Accounting (New) > General Ledger Accounting (New) > Business transaction > Open item clearing > Prepare Automatic clearing

Please suggest.

You are unable to set OI management for P&L Account

155317 - G/L a/c:change bal.sheet->P+L despite OI management

If your process is mandatory you have to use transitory BS accounts for F.13 and OB74 usage.
