EPM General error?

Dear Experts ,

While trying to login to office client i am getting following EPM general error but while trying to login with some other user id i am not getting any error.

Well, the first thing to check, as suggested above, is EPM log.

What is the result when logon from web interface.

Check the security of the problematic user against other users.

You check security for that user.

From EPM tab, click on "more" dropdown arrow =>Log... you can read the log there. There only other thing I can think of is Authorization, check with basis/security if user has same level of access as others.
