Hi,
I am using custom business object in workflow. It was working fine in production with start event linked correctly. Recently i made small change in email task of workflow ( adding 1 more variable), tested the workflow and released it. I ran swu_obuf in quality and tested workflow there and it was working fine in quality also. After moving to production, when i ran swu_obuf, the link got broken in start event. it is not showing in swetypv in production, though it is showing correct in dev and quality.
I am unable to find the reason. Please help me with the reason so that i can avoide this in future.
Thanks
Hi Aamir,
Search in SWEL what went wrong, there you will find the reason for error when Linkage is deactivating.
Is any mandatory data is missing.
maintain 'Behavior Upon error feedback" as "Do not change Linkage" in event linkages ( tcode SWETYPV).

Hello,
" when i ran swu_obuf, the link got broken"
SWU_OBUF did not do that. There was probably an error in the binding. The most common one is when a mandatory parameter is missing.

"Its not showing in SWETYPV"
Does thi smean :
The entry is completely missing in production in SWETYPV
OR
The entry is there, but "Event Linkage is not there" (the check is not there)?
