Highlight the record in BO WebI report

Hi, I am new to BO WebI. I would like to highlight the record if it full the condition. Please help me..

Hi,

We have "Alert" function in BO. Using this function we can able to highlight the coulumn in the table based on your condition.

if you want to highlight entire record, just select all columns and enable the check box under alerter in properties.

You need to create a conditional formatting rule(in BO 4.x) Or Alerter(in BO XI 3.x) and apply it to the cell. You can go through the tutorial below:
