an error occurred when generating the chart the chart cannot be displayed

Hi Guys

I am creating a report on BI launch Pad, the query result shows fine in the "Table" format but when I "Turn Into" chart it gives me an error " An Error Occurred During chart generation, The chart cannot be displayed"

For Information I am using BO Version 4.0

Could you please help me regarding this

Hi ,

Something in table is not compatible to generate chart !

How many columns does the table has ? no of measures and dimensions ? what chart you are generating ? I would suggest to delete one by one object from Assign data for chart and check

Thanks for the reply! I Drag and dropped in report panel just two objects one is measure and one is Dimension even though I have been facing same error ,I have been trying all charts like Pie chart , Column although It was working On Web Intelligence Rich Client but not working on BI Launch Pad .

Could you please help me out regarding this
