Rule Policy: Defaulted value can not be changed manually CRM WEB UI

Dear Experts,

I am CRM WEB UI new. 😊

I have a problem on rule policy in WEB UI setting. I try to change B from defaulted value (A) however it defaults again the value (From Rule Policy which is A) after I save my request of change document. Is there any setting and allow me to change the defaulted value?


Default Value: A

Trying to change to B.

      The Rule Policy Builder is available for many other application for e.g for Alert Triggering, ERMS, Order Routing.

      From SAP HELP "The repository defines objects that are used for processing rule policies,and in some cases for integrating with the rule engine for background processing". In this case you define fields , actions and actions parameters which you use in Rule Policy Builder.

      You are using order routing using rule policy builder.I would check my SAP system again to verify the functionality.
